The perfect place to stay in Limnos! The hotel has its own beach, which is absolutely perfect for families with children, featuring beautiful, soft sand and calm surroundings. The owners are incredibly kind, helpful, and always responsive, making the whole stay even more enjoyable. This is a very special place. It is practically on the beach, a nice and quiet beach where you can see beautiful sunsets. Cheers to the hosts: friendly, helpful and warm people. They put heart into this place. Oh, and bytheway, when you get there, make sure to look for Kaya. I haven't been on a beach holiday for some time, so I'm incredibly happy I came to Limnos and specifically to Boreas Limnos. The place is a gem. The location is ideal. It's a short drive from the airport and right in the middle of the island, so you can easily explore everywhere without too much driving. The apartments are next to the beach—you literally roll out of bed and you're there. I haven't seen any other accommodation with such a perfect setup. The owners are a super lovely family who genuinely care about your stay. Plus, they have a fantastic dog that you'll want to pet daily! You'll definitely need a car to drive around the island. Another great thing is that from their location, it's only a 5-minute drive to a very good and tasty restaurant, 'To Kyma'. I had one of my best and most relaxing summers on this island, and thank you to Boreas for hosting me. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back.

Cozy, newly refreshed rooms, big enough to fully relax and be ready to explore the island. The location allowes you to enjoy a new beach every day.
